Sup Daging



Assalamualaikum semua..
Tengahari ni korang masak apa ya..? maklong pagi2 dah masuk dapur.. keluarkan daging yang anak maklong beli 2 hari lepas.. daging batang pinang.. bak kata kak jee.. sebelum ni maklong tak berapa kesah daging apa nak beli.. sebab maklong jarang sangat nak masak daging.. tapi sejak kak jee bagi tahu yang daging batang pinang cepat lembut bila dimasak.. terus maklong pilih daging batang pinang..

Oleh kerana maklong belum ada periuk tekanan tinggi.. maklong masak guna periuk biasa.. dalam satu jam setengah jugaklah nak bagi daging tu lembut.. tak pe.. petang ni maklong berangan nak usha2 periuk tekanan tinggi.. dah mula mengidam untuk memilikinya sebiji.. hari tu dah usha juga.. tapi masa tu maklong nak beli dapur.. jadi, maklong abaikan dulu.. petang ni kalau ada rezki boleh terus bawak balik.. InsyaAllah..

Hari ni maklong masak sup lagi.. semalam sup ayam.. hari ni sup daging.. bukan apa, senang nak suapkan sekali kat cucu2 maklong yang ada ni.. cucu2 maklong ni pun suka sangat hirup kuah sup..

Resepi untuk sup ni pun maklong buat yang senang je.. ce cuba ce cuba.. jangan lupa gunakan akar pokok daun sup.. jangan buang..!!

Bahan:
1.5kg daging batang pinang dipotong kecil.. basuh dan toskan
1 bungkus sup bunjut
3 biji kentang dipotong 4
1/2 biji karet dipotong ikut suka
daun sup bawang potong kecil
bawang goreng

Bahan tumis:
7 ulas bawang merah*
5 ulas bawang putih*
1 biji bawang besar*
2 inci halia*
3 batang akar pokok daun sup*
2 batang serai dititik
1 batang kulit kayu manis
5 kuntum bunga lawang
2 sudu lada hitam biji.. tumbuk lumat
garam & aji

Cara:
rebus daging bersama sup bunjut dalam periuk.. dengan api perlahan..
tumbuk bahan2 yang bertanda (*).. panaskan minyak dalam kuali.. tumiskan bahan yang telah ditumbuk dan bahan2 untuk ditumis yang lain hingga kekuningan.. tutup api..
masukkan bahan tumis kedalam periuk daging..
masak daging hingga lembut.. rasa garam dan aji secukup rasa..
masukkan kentang.. bila kentang dah lembut masukkan pula karet..
hidangkan sup dalam mangkuk dan taburkan dengan daun sup bawang dan bawang goreng..
